What to expect when you book an visit with us...

Once we have been to your place for the initial garden walk through and the first booking has been made, you will get a reminder via a text message the day before. We will send through a copy of the service agreement for you to read through and confirm the upcoming visit. When we arrive for the visit the next day, we will present you with the service agreement for you to fill out and sign before we commence work on your garden. We will work for the agreed upon hours and will book the next visit before we leave if required.
